In collaboration with the Mayer group at Yale, we demonstrated a molecular catalyst immobilized on porous Si can photoelectrochemically reduce carbon dioxide. It works much better than flat Si! See: pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.10. Thanks to the CHASE Hub for support.
